Shanghai, September 22 — Li Qiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, conducted an inspection tour in Shanghai on Sunday, where he underscored the importance of advancing the country's manufacturing sector through intelligent, green, and integrated development.
