September 21 (Caixin) — The Daqing Intermediate People's Court in Heilongjiang Province has publicly delivered its first-instance verdict in the case of Feng Zhibin, former member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of China Sinochem Group Co., Ltd.
Feng Zhibin was found guilty of three charges: bribery, using influence to accept bribes, and abuse of power as a state-owned enterprise official. The court sentenced him as follows:
