Figure AI's humanoid robot, Figure 02, completed over 1,250 hours of work at BMW's Spartanburg plant, loading sheet-metal parts into welding fixtures. During this deployment, it handled more than 90,000 parts with a placement accuracy exceeding 99%. Separately, Agility Robotics' Digit robot has accumulated over 65,000 operational hours across nine different commercial facilities. These milestones highlight significant progress in the deployment of humanoid robots for industrial manufacturing and logistics tasks, demonstrating high reliability and precision in real-world production environments.
