The transfer is structured as a £75 million base fee plus £10 million in add-ons, with £5 million considered easily achievable, making the effective guaranteed fee £80 million. Savinho's speed and dribbling are expected to bolster Tottenham's wide attack. Additionally, Tottenham is pursuing Omar Marmoush, who has agreed personal terms and is keen to leave Manchester City for more playing time under manager De Zerbi.
