Digital travel platform Agoda announced the launch of the Agoda Partner Portal, a refreshed unified business management platform for accommodation partners. Formerly known as Yield Control System (YCS), the new portal integrates mobile workflows, AI-powered features, and market-localized tools to help partners manage property operations, access performance insights, and respond to travel trends. Key features include AI-generated summaries of guest reviews, commercial programs like Agoda Dynamic Rates (ADR+) and the Agoda Mega Sale, and a benchmarking tool comparing property performance against nearby competitors. The platform also offers improved mobile workflows for handling bookings, availability, and promotions. Agoda reports that mobile app satisfaction scores have nearly doubled since 2024, with partners highlighting reservation and promotion management improvements.
