FinanceCalian Group Ltd. announced that its British subsidiary, Calian UK, has entered into a 15-year agreement with Raytheon UK, the consortium leader of Omnia Training, to support the British Army under the Army Collective Training System (ACTS) program. The contract begins in October 2026, following the current Project NUMIDIAN, and includes guaranteed base revenues of approximately CAD 296 million (GBP 159 million). Calian UK will deliver specialized collective training services, leveraging advanced digital, synthetic, and integrated training capabilities to enhance military readiness. The agreement strengthens Calian's international defense business and its role in supporting allied forces in the UK, Europe, and NATO.
