FinanceAI-powered freight broker Fura announced its acquisition of High Rise Logistics, a Vancouver, Washington-based freight broker with a strong Pacific Northwest presence. The deal, the seventh for Fura, includes High Rise's flatbed, expedited, truckload, LTL, intermodal, drayage, and warehousing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Fura plans to integrate its AI-powered bidding, carrier-sales, and shipment visibility platform into High Rise's operations, while High Rise's leadership team will continue daily management. Fura CEO Jeff Dangelo emphasized the transformative speed of their roll-up strategy, and High Rise co-founder Denis Russu noted the acquisition enables scaling without the burden of independent innovation.
