FinanceCalian Group Ltd. announced that its British subsidiary, Calian UK, has signed a 15-year agreement with Raytheon UK, the consortium leader of Omnia Training, to continue providing collective training services to the British Army under the ACTS program. The contract, beginning in October 2026, follows the current Project NUMIDIAN and includes guaranteed base revenues of approximately CAD 296 million (GBP 159 million). Calian UK will deliver specialized collective training, simulation, and digital capabilities to enhance military readiness and interoperability for the British Army and allied forces in the UK, Europe, and NATO. The agreement strengthens Calian's position in international defense markets and underscores its role in supporting operational readiness through advanced training solutions.
