FleetWorks partners with SONAR to integrate live freight market data into AI agent marketplace

FleetWorks, an AI marketplace connecting brokers and carriers, has partnered with SONAR, a freight market data and supply chain intelligence tool. The integration embeds SONAR's real-time TRAC rates and coverage difficulty scores directly into FleetWorks' AI agents across phone, email, and SMS workflows. This allows brokers to negotiate, quote, and prioritize loads against current market conditions without switching between tools. When market conditions fall outside broker-set guardrails, the AI agent escalates to a human with the relevant SONAR context. The partnership aims to close the gap between market data and live negotiations, enabling more confident and efficient booking. The integration is live for FleetWorks carriers and automatically activated for brokers using both platforms. A live webinar is scheduled for August 27, 2026.
