Spider-Man: Brand New Day has set a blistering pace at the box office, earning $655.1 million domestically in just 10 days—the fastest and highest total in history. The Sony-Marvel release grossed $144.5 million in its second weekend, nearing the record set by Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Worldwide, it has reached $1.67 billion, becoming the year's highest-grossing film. Meanwhile, Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey crossed $1 billion globally in its fourth weekend, becoming Nolan's biggest hit ever (not adjusted for inflation) and IMAX's highest-grossing domestic release. These two blockbusters have pushed Hollywood's summer theatrical revenue to an estimated $4 billion, the second such summer since the pandemic.
