Republican Representative Max Miller, already facing allegations of domestic abuse from his ex-wife Emily Moreno, is now accused of sharing an image of his daughter's genitals via Dropbox, which Moreno's lawyers say constitutes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Miller's lawyer, Aaron Minc, admitted he accidentally uploaded the image while sharing legal documents. The incident has triggered a cascade of consequences: Senator Bernie Moreno (Miller's ex-father-in-law) called for his resignation, ex-girlfriend Stephanie Grisham obtained a restraining order against him, and President Trump reportedly told Miller his reelection campaign is in jeopardy. Miller denies all allegations, but the Dropbox folder also contained recordings where he described throwing hot water on his ex-wife as a 'playful incident' and evidence of needles near his bed.
