According to reports from the Belgian newspaper HLN and other outlets, the Ghanaian was dragged from his car by several men and robbed.
Details of the Attack
According to the report, Fuseini had just gotten into his car on Sunday morning around 6:30 a.m. after visiting the Brussels nightclub "Bloody Louis" when the perpetrators struck.
A video shows the attackers violently dragging Fuseini out of his car, snatching his phone from his hand, and holding him down. While two attackers restrained the center forward, a third searched his trouser pockets for his wallet. The robbers also stole his wristwatch, which HLN reports was a Rolex Datejust. Another perpetrator simultaneously searched the footballer's car. It remains unclear whether other valuables were stolen.

Fuseini tried to defend himself with all his might but was helpless against the five attackers. Only after securing their loot did the perpetrators release him and flee.
The Belgian police are now investigating the robbery, and the public prosecutor's office has initiated proceedings. According to HLN, a suspect has reportedly been identified and arrested.
Club Confirms Player's Safety
Fuseini's club, Union Saint-Gilloise, gave the all-clear after the shocking incident. The player was taken to a hospital for examination but physically largely survived the attack unscathed. The very next day, the Ghanaian was back on the training ground with his teammates.
