Former Córdoba CF President Carlos González Sentenced to Two Years for Disloyal Administration

The Provincial Court of Córdoba has sentenced Carlos González, former president and former owner of Córdoba CF SAD, to two years in prison. He was found guilty of "a continued crime of disloyal administration as defined, with the simple mitigating circumstance of undue delays."

In addition to the prison term, the court imposed:

• The accessory penalty of disenfranchisement during the term of imprisonment
• A fine of seven months at a daily rate of twenty euros

Carlos González sat on the defendant's bench alongside his son Alejandro and four other members of his team and close circle — Javier Jiménez, Álex Gómez Comes, Salva Sánchez, and Andrés Delgado — during the period in question at the white-and-green club (2011–2018). They were accused of alleged crimes including disloyal administration, document forgery, business corruption, and misappropriation. The prosecution had sought sentences totaling eight years in prison.
