SportsLionel Messi, the 39-year-old eight-time Ballon d'Or winner, has resumed training with Inter Miami just ten days after Argentina's World Cup final loss to Spain (1-0 a.e.t.). He missed the club's first two post-tournament matches, both wins against Chicago and Montreal. Messi had been resting in his hometown of Rosario, Argentina, at his father's bedside due to health issues. Inter Miami, defending MLS champions, currently sits second in the Eastern Conference, two points behind Nashville, and will host Columbus on Saturday night.
