SportsSaudi Pro League champions Al Hilal have initiated talks to sign Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye for a fee of approximately £64 million, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. The 26-year-old Senegal international, who joined Everton from Marseille for €18 million in 2024, is reportedly receptive to the move. Everton manager David Moyes views Ndiaye as central to his attacking plans, but the club's financial constraints—with a squad cost ratio in the high-80s to low-90s percentage bracket—make the substantial offer difficult to refuse. The Toffees have already signed Tyrique George, Merlin Rohl, and Hayden Hackney without major player sales, creating pressure to balance the books. Ndiaye contributed six goals and three assists in 34 appearances during the 2025/26 season.
