Icardi and Wanda Clash Over Divorce Ruling, Child Passports, and Schooling

Mauro Icardi has provided an update on his ongoing divorce case with Wanda Nara via Instagram, revealing that Italian judicial authorities have rejected her previous financial demands. Wanda has since responded, reigniting a public dispute over divorce compensation, their children's passports, and school arrangements.

Icardi's Statement

Icardi wrote in his post: "Good morning, Milan. Everything is good news here, with a new ruling."

He claimed that the other party had previously demanded:

• €250,000 per month for his ex-wife
• €65,000 per month for each daughter
• €100,000 per month for divorce-related expenses

According to Icardi, on June 1, 2026, the judge rejected these demands. He wrote: "The judge rejected this crazy request. They were not satisfied with this decision and wanted to continue taking my money, so they appealed the ruling."

He later added that on July 27, 2026, the Italian judicial authorities made their stance clear: "Their application was ruled inadmissible." Icardi believes this also ends all similar claims and requests, leaving only the final divorce judgment as the last step.

Icardi concluded: "It's good that the Italian judicial system works properly. But in 2024, when I submitted all the materials to Italy, they called me crazy." He ended the post with a celebration emoji.

Wanda's Response

Wanda responded by stating that the Italian court had only clarified that the final divorce judgment must be made before deciding on any compensation. She wrote: "That's reasonable, since I have work to do, while the other party doesn't."

She emphasized: "Anyway, it's now clear that in the final judgment, I will be entitled to compensation." She then directly addressed Icardi: "Baby, find a job, and stop thinking about me while on vacation."

Dispute Over Children

Wanda also addressed issues concerning their daughters. She said the children would start school on August 3 and were already very upset because Icardi refused to return "the things he took from them."

She wrote: "Think about your daughters. Strange, isn't it? It seems that those who scare and hurt your own daughters are doing you a favor."

Wanda stated that she had a passport, but the daughters did not, and that having a passport was their right. She said depriving the children of the right to return to their family was abuse. She added that this was the third consecutive year the children had registered for school in Argentina, and all they wanted was to go back.

Wanda further noted that the boys had completed all procedures, but they refused to travel without their sisters. She wrote: "The entire judicial system is sacrificing holidays to help these minors who just want to go home and go to school; while an adult continues to inflict more violence, more abuse, and more pain on their own children."
