SportsArsenal have agreed a deal to sign 16-year-old Cardiff City winger Axel Donczew, who has already undergone a medical, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. Donczew, Cardiff's youngest-ever player, is expected to join Arsenal's academy. The news comes hours after reports emerged that Arsenal are exploring a move for Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior, which would likely require a record-breaking fee. Donczew, a Wales under-19 international, has also attracted interest from Fulham. He is represented by CAA Stellar, which also represents two current Arsenal academy players. Cardiff head coach Brian Barry-Murphy has praised Donczew as a 'brilliant player'.
