Manchester United have officially announced that they have reached an agreement to sign highly promising young goalkeeper Kit Margetson, subject to the completion of registration procedures.
Margetson previously played for Swansea City, where he trained from the U15 level. Last season, he was loaned to Welsh side Connah's Quay Nomads, gaining his first senior competitive experience. During his loan spell, he kept 10 clean sheets in 34 appearances, helping the team qualify for European competition.
