Dean Henderson recreates Lingard's celebration on Greek vacation

Hupu, July 27 — According to The Sun, following the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup hosted in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, England goalkeeper Dean Henderson and his wife Millie traveled to Mykonos, Greece for a holiday. During the trip, Henderson also shared a lighthearted moment with a former teammate.

Vacation Highlights

In photos from the vacation, Henderson is seen sitting alongside his wife, who is wearing a bikini. In another image, he recreated Jesse Lingard's iconic celebration, forming the letters "J" and "L" with his fingers.

Henderson and Lingard previously played together at Manchester United and also spent a season together at Nottingham Forest. Lingard commented on Henderson's vacation post, adding heart and prayer hand emojis.

Stones' "Fake Injury" Moment Recreated

Henderson also mimicked John Stones' famous "fake injury scene" from the World Cup, which once fooled head coach Thomas Tuchel. After England's victory over Mexico in the tournament, Stones pretended to have a shoulder injury in the locker room. When the head coach came to check on him, Stones suddenly waved his arms and jumped up dancing.

Family Life

A close-up selfie of Henderson's wife Millie was also shared. The couple married in 2022 at the Villa Miani hotel in Rome, with singer Lewis Capaldi performing live.

Dean Henderson and his wife have two children. Millie keeps a low profile and does not maintain any social media accounts. During the 2024 European Championship, she traveled to the stadium to support Henderson, and this summer she continues to accompany her husband as usual.
