Sevilla secured a 2–1 victory against Ceuta in their fourth preseason friendly, with goals from Peque and Miguel Sierra. The match marked a turning point for the Nervión side, who scored their first goals from open play this summer and showed improved form.

Ceuta suffered their second defeat of the preseason, having previously lost narrowly to Juventud Torremolinos in their summer opener. The visitors equalized through a goal from Anuar before Sevilla's youth academy sealed the win.
