Daniel Siad, a 69-year-old French model recruiter whose name appeared more than 2,000 times in the Jeffrey Epstein files, was found dead at his home near Paris. French prosecutors confirmed he was under investigation for human trafficking and tax fraud linked to Epstein, and had been subjected to phone taps, though no evidence justified his immediate arrest. Siad's lawyer stated he died of a heart attack, pending autopsy results. He is the second Epstein-associated figure to die in France, following modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, who was found hanged in his prison cell in 2022.
