SportsSpain head coach Luis de la Fuente has condemned the behavior of Argentina players Nahuel Molina and Leandro Paredes following the World Cup final on Sunday. Molina and Paredes allegedly attacked Spain's Rodri and Eric García respectively at New York New Jersey Stadium as Spain celebrated their World Cup victory. Paredes also confronted Spain's Gavi. De la Fuente described the actions as 'intolerable, unacceptable' and praised his own players for not escalating the 'acts of aggression' and 'provocations'. FIFA has opened an investigation into the incident but has not yet issued any sanctions. The scenes were widely shared on social media.
