Ondo Finance announced on July 23, 2026, that its SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, received authorization from FINRA to offer tokenized corporate equities and funds to a broader range of U.S. investors, including financial institutions and retail investors. The authorization covers over-the-counter retailing, underwritten primary offerings, private placements, and related activities. Investors can access NMS equities, ETFs, mutual funds, index funds, and IPO securities, with settlement in fiat or stablecoins. The approval builds on Ondo's acquisition of Oasis Pro in October 2025, which provided a suite of SEC registrations. The move is expected to reduce onboarding friction for institutional investors, registered investment advisers, and retirement-account holders.

Ondo Finance, a company specializing in institutional-grade platforms, assets, and infrastructure for bringing financial markets onchain, announced on July 23 that its brokerage subsidiary has received regulatory clearance to offer tokenized stocks and funds to a broader range of U.S. investors.
Oasis Pro Markets, Ondo's SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, has received authorization from FINRA to offer tokenized corporate equities and funds to U.S. financial institutions and retail investors, the company announced. The authorization covers over-the-counter retailing, underwritten primary offerings, private placements, and related activities.
What Investors Will Actually Be Able to Access
Under the new framework, Oasis Pro Markets says it can offer investors access to:
- NMS equities – stocks listed on major national exchanges
- Fund interests – including ETFs, mutual funds, and index funds
- IPO securities – issued through primary offerings and traded on secondary markets
Settlement can occur in traditional fiat currency or supported stablecoins, the announcement said, including directly between blockchain wallets.
The authorization also allows Oasis Pro Markets to operate a platform where U.S. companies can conduct primary securities offerings, while institutional and retail investors trade those tokenized securities on the secondary market.
In early July, Ondo unveiled its tokenized-stock model with real securities already attached. BlackRock's iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) and shares of chipmaker Micron were among the first securities issued under the model. Oasis Pro served as transfer agent, while Wall Street back-office firm Broadridge handled proxy voting and shareholder communications for token holders. Thursday's FINRA clearance is what widens who is allowed to buy and trade them.
Built on an Earlier Acquisition
The approval builds on Ondo's acquisition of Oasis Pro, a fintech infrastructure provider for real-world assets and digital securities, completed in October 2025. That deal gave Ondo:
- An SEC-registered broker-dealer
- An SEC-registered alternative trading system
- An SEC-registered transfer agent
Ondo describes this as one of the most complete sets of digital-asset registrations available in the U.S.
The transfer agent arm, Oasis Pro TA, handles functions such as onchain management of a company's capitalization table, shareholder-rights administration, and enabling assets to be used as collateral across platforms.
The new approvals also allow Oasis Pro Markets to support omnibus account structures — pooled accounts that multiple end investors can access through a single institutional relationship. According to Ondo, this would let institutional investors, registered investment advisers, and retirement-account holders access tokenized securities through brokers they already use, reducing onboarding friction.
