LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has promoted Yann Musquin to brand managing director of LVMH Fragrance Brands, overseeing Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums. He will assume the role on August 3, 2026, reporting to Véronique Courtois, chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and LVMH's beauty division. Musquin replaces Romain Spitzer, who left for Bottega Veneta. A graduate of HEC Paris, Musquin began his career at L'Oréal in 2004 and joined Parfums Christian Dior in 2008. He later served as international fragrance marketing director, working on the launch of Sauvage, and as fragrance and beauty director at Louis Vuitton. Since December 2024, he has been chief brand officer for Givenchy Parfums and Beauty. In his new role, he is tasked with boosting the Givenchy and Kenzo fragrance divisions and developing LVMH's fragrance and beauty portfolio.

PARIS — LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has promoted Yann Musquin to brand managing director of LVMH Fragrance Brands, where he will lead Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums, WWD has learned.
Musquin will step into his new role on August 3 and will report to Véronique Courtois, chairman and chief executive officer of Parfums Christian Dior and of LVMH's beauty division, according to an internal memo released on Thursday.

Background and Appointment Context
Musquin's appointment follows the departure of Romain Spitzer for Bottega Veneta and reflects the French luxury conglomerate's tradition of recruiting from within its ranks.
Spitzer had a broader remit, serving not only as CEO of LVMH Fragrance Brands but also as president and CEO of Fragrance Group LVMH Beauty, in addition to overseeing new ventures for the division.

- December 2024: Served as chief brand officer for Givenchy Parfums and Beauty.
New Role and Responsibilities
In his new position, Musquin is tasked with boosting the Givenchy and Kenzo fragrance divisions, as well as developing the LVMH brand portfolio with fragrance and beauty additions.
"I am convinced that his remarkable expertise in fragrances and the beauty world, his sense of excellence, and his creative vision will make it possible to strengthen the desirability of our Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums houses," Courtois said.
"Yann has all the qualities to pursue the development of our portfolio with ambition and success," she added.
