Caroline Graham Hansen, Norwegian winger for FC Barcelona Femení, stated at a press event celebrating her two-year contract renewal (until 2028) that she intends to retire at the club. She called Barcelona 'the best club in the world' and 'the place where I've been happiest playing football.' The 31-year-old acknowledged the departure of key players like Alexia Putellas, Mapi León, Ona Batlle, and Salma Paralluelo, and embraced a veteran leadership role for a younger squad. Graham has won four Champions Leagues with Barça (2021, 2023, 2024, 2026), along with seven league titles, six Copas de la Reina, and six Spanish Super Cups. She emphasized her commitment to continuing the club's winning tradition.

When asked if she would retire at Barcelona, Caroline Graham Hansen (Norway, 1995) answered yes. The Norwegian winger, who has been at the club since 2019, is happy at Barça and wants to remain so — at least until 2028. She made this clear at the official event organized by the Catalan club to mark her two-year contract renewal.
"I simply think it's the best club in the world. It's the place where I've been happiest playing football, and for me it's been very easy to continue here."
Graham is one of the essential pieces for a Barça team that said goodbye this summer to its great standard-bearer, Alexia Putellas, as well as other pillars such as Mapi León, Ona Batlle, and Salma Paralluelo.
Champions League Legacy
Graham has actively contributed to all four Champions League titles the club has won in its history:
- Gothenburg 2021
- Eindhoven 2023
- Bilbao 2024
- Oslo 2026
Speaking about the competition, the Nordic winger said:
"Every year we try to reach the Champions League final. That's why we prepare every day, to try to be in good form and keep winning for this club."
Embracing a Veteran Role
Known in the locker room as Caro, Graham also addressed the current season and the veteran role she will assume following the squad changes:
"The team will be younger than ever. I will take on the responsibility to keep winning and improving as a group. Together we will create a new team that will continue winning titles."

A Clear Decision
Finally, when asked about her decision to remain a culé, Graham — winner of seven Leagues, six Copas de la Reina, four Champions Leagues, and six Spanish Super Cups — dispelled any doubt:
"I was very clear that I wanted to stay. Inside my head, it was always a yes."
