OtherDaniel Siad, a 69-year-old French professional model recruiter whose name appears more than 2,000 times in the Jeffrey Epstein files, was found dead at his home near Paris. French prosecutors confirmed he was under investigation for human trafficking and tax fraud linked to Epstein, and had been subjected to phone taps, though no evidence justified his immediate arrest. Siad's lawyer stated he died of a heart attack, pending autopsy results. He is the second Epstein-linked modeling agent to die in France, following Jean-Luc Brunel, who was found hanged in his prison cell in 2022. The Epstein files revealed a network of lesser-known associates, including modeling industry figures, who facilitated introductions of young women and teenage girls to Epstein, often through crude and sexualized emails.
