Sporting CP to sign Watford winger Irankunda for €15M plus bonuses; Bayern holds 40% sell-on clause

Portuguese club Sporting CP is finalizing the transfer of 20-year-old Watford winger Irankunda for a fee of €15 million plus €5 million in bonuses. The deal meets Watford's demands and is expected to be completed by the end of the week. Bayern Munich retains a 40% sell-on clause from a previous transfer. Irankunda, an Australian international (Socceroo), is currently on vacation and will travel to Lisbon for a medical examination. Sporting's management views him as their top choice to strengthen the winger position, believing they can fully develop his potential.
