CIFR +11.44%
Cipher Digital climbed by 16.97% on Monday to close at $20.54 per share, as investors turned to bargain-hunting following five consecutive days of declines and began positioning portfolios ahead of the company's earnings release.
The rally followed Friday's drop to a three-month low of $16.13—a level last seen in April 2026—which investors viewed as a buying opportunity.
Based on historical reporting dates, Cipher Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: CIFR) is expected to release its second-quarter earnings results in the second week of August 2026.
Hedge Fund Participation Rises, But Conviction Weaker
More institutional investors appear to be positioning themselves around Cipher Digital Inc.'s (NASDAQ: CIFR) growth prospects, though overall conviction remains limited.
According to data from Insider Monkey, a total of 49 hedge funds held positions in the company as of the first quarter of 2026, up from 43 in the prior quarter.
However, conviction weakened, with combined positions totaling only $745 million—a decline of 12.7% from $853 million in the fourth quarter of 2025.
