Police action was undemocratic: AIDSO
Alleging that the police action was undemocratic, she appealed to students across the country to raise their voice against the crackdown and the Centre’s handling of the issue.
All India Mahila Samskrutika Sanghatane (AIMSS) district vice-president Seema demanded the immediate resignation of the Union Education Minister, alleging that he had failed to ensure transparency in Central examinations. She also condemned the alleged police excesses against women protesters.
All India Democratic Youth Organisation (AIDYO) district president Sunil described the police action as a “brutal attack” on students and youth and alleged that the Centre was attempting to suppress protests over the alleged NEET question paper leak.
