Stormzy Appears in Manchester United’s Latest Instagram Post

Manchester United uploaded a post to their official Instagram account featuring British rapper Stormzy wearing what appears to be the club’s new away shirt. The image was accompanied by the simple caption: “Spotted 🕵️‍♂️”.

Stormzy can be seen posing inside a stadium while wearing the unreleased royal blue adidas jersey, complete with the Snapdragon sponsor across the front.

The post arrived less than 24 hours before the scheduled launch date, leading many supporters to believe the club had effectively revealed the shirt ahead of time.

It is not the first time Stormzy has been involved with Manchester United’s latest kit. He previously shared images of himself wearing the new shirt on social media before the club announced when supporters would be able to purchase it. The latest Instagram post suggests the collaboration was always planned as part of adidas’ promotional campaign.

Manchester United’s away kit is expected to become available on Wednesday morning through the club’s official stores. The shirt combines a royal blue base with red and white detailing while also bringing back the classic adidas Trefoil logo.

Supporters will not have to wait much longer to see the full launch campaign, but the latest social media post appears to have given everyone an early look.
