SportsReal Zaragoza's majority stake has been transferred from Real Z LLC to A.GAIN, a fund within IDC Network, ending a period of sporting decline. A.GAIN CEO Bobby Aitkenhead has visited the city, with managing partners Richard Lee and Santos Nagore. The fund, which also holds stakes in Deportivo Cali, Atlético de Madrid, and Leeds United, aims to revalue the club. Argentine Guido Baroli, a former footballer with experience at Defensa y Justicia, has been appointed general manager. A.GAIN seeks a regional Aragonese president, while Jorge Mas and Juan Forcén retain 40% capital. Current sporting director Lalo Arantegui and coach Ibai Gómez remain but must prove themselves to the new owners.
