WWE Raw emanated from Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan, as Oba Femi dominated JD McDonagh following a backstage altercation between The Judgment Day and Danhausen. Solo Sikoa called out Seth Rollins, offering him protection from The Bloodline—and Rollins appeared open to the proposal.

Je'Von Evans and Dragon Lee vs. The Vision

• The opening match started hot with a flurry of offense from Je'Von Evans and Dragon Lee. Chants of "Logan sucks" broke out in Detroit. Michael Cole questioned whether Paul Heyman was done with The Vision or simply showing tough love.
• Paul and Theory singled out Evans as Breakker opened up with an overhead suplex. Evans avoided a charging Breakker with a backflip and tagged Dragon Lee, who was rolling until Paul interfered, allowing Breakker to catch Lee in midair with a powerslam.
• Evans hit another impressive dive to the outside on Theory before tossing Breakker into the timekeeper's area. Breakker connected with a flying crossbody over the barricade as Cole praised Evans for developing an edge. Back in the ring, The Vision regained control with help from Logan Paul. Breakker hit a super spear on Lee for the win.
• Otis and Akira Tozawa hit the ring to even the odds after the match. Otis delivered a standing powerslam on Theory, but Maxxine answered with a slap to the face. Maxxine escaped as Otis bulldozed through The Vision. The Vision overpowered Otis and Tozawa, with Breakker hitting a spear on Otis to the outside. After neutralizing Tozawa, Breakker hit another super spear on Otis as Maxxine looked on from the top rope.

Oba Femi def. JD McDonagh

• The Judgment Day threatened Danhausen as he held onto their briefcase of money. Danhausen told them they were cursed as they proceeded to beat him. Joe Hendry made the save to a huge pop. Hendry fought off Judgment Day, who escaped with the money.
• Backstage, Danhausen, Hendry, and The Judgment Day argued over the money as Adam Pearce tried to keep the peace. The bag contained fake human money, which JD McDonagh tossed aside. The bag hit Oba Femi, and Pearce made a match between Oba and JD. Pearce also booked Dominik Mysterio against Joe Hendry.
• Oba Femi ran through JD McDonagh, who didn't even have time to remove his t-shirt. Femi was not touched once and quickly won the match with a Fall from Grace.

Match Grade: B+

Solo Sikoa Calls Out Seth Rollins

• Seth asked Solo whether they were going to talk or fight. As usual, Detroit wanted a fight. Solo said he was there to talk, drawing boos from more than 10,000 bloodthirsty fans.
• Solo Sikoa told Rollins he isn't just fighting Roman Reigns—he's fighting the entire Bloodline. Sikoa warned Seth it would be four-on-one. Sikoa said he could watch Rollins' back at SummerSlam as fans booed and chanted "OTC."
• Seth Rollins admitted Solo made a lot of good points. "Let me think about it, Uce," said Rollins. Sikoa took exception to this and admonished Seth for "thinking about it."
• Jacob Fatu marched to the ring with purpose as Solo quickly exited. Seth superkicked Fatu and casually walked off as Jacob flashed a demonic smile.
