João Rodrigues dos Santos highlighted the importance of collaboration between the three municipalities for the event's growth and for enhancing the region's waterfront.
"This is a partnership between the municipalities of Cascais, Oeiras, and Lisbon, which clearly shows the importance of working together when the goal is to promote sports, encourage participation, and affirm our territory," said the Cascais City Council councilor.
