While some players might have welcomed changes to the ball's performance, the semi-finalists' biggest stars have adapted well to the original Trionda. Lionel Messi, Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham, Kylian Mbappé, and Ousmane Dembélé are all in contention for the Golden Boot.
The new ball will be used for the first time during the semi-final match between France and Spain.
