Cordoba CF signs midfielder Youssouf Diarra on loan from Cadiz

Córdoba CF has completed what is being described as the most exciting signing of the thirteen made so far in the current summer market. Central midfielder Youssouf Diarra has joined the Cordoban club on a one-season loan from Cádiz, with a purchase option included.

Diarra was a key player in the squad that secured promotion two years ago in the Liga Hypermotion. Following that promotion, he left the city to make his Segunda División debut with Tenerife. After being relegated with the Canary Islanders, he moved to Cádiz, a team with which he also narrowly avoided relegation. He now returns to El Arcángel two years later.
