De Zerbi gives injury update on Guglielmo Vicario ahead of friendly against Auckland FC
Tottenham Hotspur manager Roberto De Zerbi has provided an injury update on goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario ahead of the team's pre-season friendly against Auckland FC. Vicario sustained a minor knock and will remain in London for treatment, missing the tour of Australia and New Zealand. The 29-year-old Italian has been linked with a move to Juventus, who are seeking a replacement for Michele Di Gregorio. Tottenham is reportedly asking for around €15 million for a permanent transfer, but Juventus is considering a loan with a conditional obligation to buy. Vicario is keen on returning to Italy after three years in the Premier League. Summer signing Martin Dubravka, Brandon Austin, and Antonin Kinsky are the goalkeeping options available on tour.
