Tottenham Hotspur launch enquiry for PSG’s teenage winger, club valuing him at €50 million
Tottenham Hotspur have made an enquiry for Paris Saint-Germain's 18-year-old winger Ibrahim Mbaye, according to a report from Last Word On Spurs via RMC Sport. PSG values the teenage forward at €50 million, and he is under contract until June 2027, giving the French champions a strong negotiating position. Mbaye broke into PSG's senior squad under Luis Enrique, becoming the youngest player to start an official match for the club. However, he spent much of last season in a rotational role behind established stars, and his desire for more playing time is driving his willingness to consider a move. Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi has made acquiring wide attackers a priority. Mbaye possesses experience in Ligue 1, the Champions League, and with Senegal, and his playing style is seen as a fit for De Zerbi's system. Spurs must now decide whether to make a formal offer.
