Tatneft, one of Russia's largest oil producers, has announced its expectation to increase oil production volumes in 2026. The statement was made by CEO Nail Maganov during the Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum in Kazan. Maganov emphasized that the company possesses the necessary capacity to raise output and is prepared to produce as much as permitted under current regulations. However, he noted that Russia's overall oil production remains constrained by agreements within the OPEC+ framework.
