Stuart Fails to Save the Universe Teaser Reveals Multiverse Chaos and Premiere Date
HBO Max has officially released the first teaser for Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, a new spin-off series set within The Big Bang Theory universe. During the Warner Bros. Discovery upfront presentation in New York, cast members Kevin Sussman, Lauren Lapkus, Brian Posehn, and John Ross Bowie announced that the ten-episode series will premiere on July 23 at 9 pm ET, with new episodes airing weekly. The narrative centers on Stuart Bloom, who accidentally triggers a multiverse Armageddon by breaking a device created by Sheldon Cooper and Leonard Hofstadter. To restore order, Stuart teams up with his girlfriend Denise, geologist Bert, and physicist Barry Kripke. The show promises chaotic adventures featuring alternate-universe versions of familiar characters from the original sitcom. Created by Chuck Lorre, Bill Prady, and Zak Penn, this series marks the fourth installment in the franchise, following The Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, and Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage. Produced by Chuck Lorre Productions and Warner Bros. Television, the show expands the franchise into science fiction territory, directed by Kyle Newacheck.
