Samsung Pakistan Expands Trade-In Program for Galaxy and iPhone Users
Samsung Pakistan has officially announced the expansion of its Trade-In Programme, designed to facilitate easier and more valuable upgrades to the latest Galaxy devices. Addressing consumer hesitation due to cost and complexity, the initiative allows users to exchange existing smartphones, including Samsung Galaxy models from S22 to S25 Ultra and iPhones from version 13 to 16 Pro Max, for instant credit toward new purchases. The program aims to make upgrading seamless and rewarding while alleviating data loss concerns through the integration of Samsung Smart Switch for secure data transfer. Currently, the service is accessible at selected physical retail outlets, with 15 shops in Lahore, five in Islamabad, and four in Rawalpindi. Additionally, customers preferring remote transactions can utilize Samsung’s official online store to check device values and complete the upgrade process digitally. This strategic move highlights Samsung's effort to maintain market competitiveness and encourage device turnover in the Pakistani smartphone market by offering flexible purchasing options both offline and online.
