The Roscongress Foundation has announced the business program for the 11th Russian Forum of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), scheduled to take place on June 3, 2026, as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). This year's central theme is "Creative Code of Economy: A New Growth Formula for SMEs." The program is structured around five key thematic blocks: "SMEs and the State," "Accelerating SMEs," "Industries and Digitalization," "Workforce," and "Foreign Economic Activities." Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak emphasized the critical role of SMEs in driving sustainable economic development and regional business activity. He highlighted the importance of creating favorable conditions for sector growth, introducing modern technological solutions, and expanding into creative industries. The flagship event will be a plenary session titled "Creative Code of Economic Development: A New Formula for SME Growth," featuring Novak. Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the Russian President, noted that the forum serves as a vital platform for dialogue between government, business, and development institutions, with a specific focus this year on the creative economy, digital solutions, and export initiatives as drivers for national economic sustainability.
