Philippines Vows Compliance with ICC Arrest Warrant for Senator Dela Rosa

Dela Rosa has filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court, arguing the ICC lacks jurisdiction following the Philippines' 2019 withdrawal from the Rome Statute. This development occurs as former President Duterte remains in ICC detention, facing trial for similar accusations.
