Pete Davidson Slashes Price on North Salem Home Amid Split from Elsie Hewitt

Comedian Pete Davidson has urgently attempted to sell his North Salem, New York, residence following his reported split from model Elsie Hewitt. The couple, who welcomed their daughter Scottie in December 2025, separated just months later. Davidson initially listed the four-bedroom home for $2.495 million in February but has since reduced the price twice, first to $2.275 million and subsequently to $2.15 million, in an effort to offload the property quickly. Despite these significant cuts totaling $345,000, the home remains on the market. Davidson originally purchased the six-acre estate in June 2023 for $2 million. Sources indicate the breakup stemmed from Davidson's heavy work travel schedule, which left Hewitt lacking support after their daughter's birth. The former Saturday Night Live star has since moved to a Brooklyn apartment to be closer to family. This real estate move follows another recent financial loss, as Davidson reportedly sold his Staten Island condo for $400,000 less than he paid. Both parties are currently focusing on co-parenting arrangements for their child.
