Chinese SLT equipment maker Oukangnuo is partnering with CPU designer Hygon Information Technology to develop a domestically produced memory and storage chip testing platform. The platform will use Hygon's CPUs as its core. Oukangnuo is also in talks with leading domestic storage chip manufacturers to provide DRAM chip testing technology, integrated with Oukangnuo's self-developed testing machines. The project is in final joint debugging, with a product release planned by year-end and external availability expected by end of October.
