Oatly shares surge after second-quarter revenue beats forecasts and outlook improves
Oatly Group AB reported stronger-than-expected second-quarter 2026 results, with revenue of $240.1 million, a 15% increase year-over-year and above the consensus estimate of $220.1 million. The company raised its full-year constant currency revenue growth guidance to 8-10%, up from the prior 3-5% forecast. Adjusted loss per ADS was $0.99, better than the expected $1.02 loss. Europe & International led growth with a 21% revenue increase, while North America and Greater China also posted gains. Adjusted EBITDA turned positive at $0.4 million, compared to a loss of $3.6 million a year ago. Gross margin expanded to 33.9%, and net loss narrowed to $31.3 million from $55.9 million. Shares surged over 16% in premarket trading.
