Nathaniel Clyne Leaves Crystal Palace After Contract Expiry
Crystal Palace has officially announced that 35-year-old English defender Nathaniel Clyne has left the club following the expiration of his contract. Clyne, a product of Crystal Palace's youth academy, was promoted to the first team in 2008. He subsequently played for Southampton, Liverpool, and Bournemouth before returning to Crystal Palace in 2020. During his two spells with the club, he made a total of 252 appearances, scoring one goal and providing 11 assists. In the announcement, Crystal Palace described Clyne as 'a true Crystal Palace man,' thanking him for his contributions and wishing him well in the future.
