MLB Pipeline Rankings: Jesús Made Named Top Prospect as Five Brewers Enter Top 100
MLB Pipeline has released its first updated top 100 prospect rankings of the 2026 season, highlighting significant changes for Milwaukee Brewers players. Shortstop Jesús Made has risen from third to become the number one overall prospect in baseball, following the graduation of Pirates shortstop Konnor Griffin. Made is praised as a five-tool player currently dominating Double-A statistics despite a recent minor slump. Two other Brewers prospects also rose in the rankings: infielder Luis Peña moved up to number 19, though his season was interrupted by a heatstroke incident requiring neurological evaluation, and center fielder Luis Lara entered the list at number 95 after a strong offensive breakout in Triple-A. Conversely, several prospects saw their stock decline. Jett Williams dropped to number 60 and Cooper Pratt fell to number 66 due to struggling batting performances in Triple-A, while Andrew Fischer dropped out of the rankings entirely. The update reflects dynamic shifts in player development and performance within the Brewers' farm system.
