Mabilog Appointed DILG Undersecretary for Public Safety, Thanks President Marcos

Jed Patrick Mabilog has officially assumed the role of Undersecretary for Public Safety at the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in the Philippines. Following his oath-taking ceremony in Manila on May 14, 2026, Mabilog publicly expressed his gratitude to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for the appointment, describing it as a significant honor and a testament to the President's trust. In his statement, he also thanked DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla and Executive Secretary Ralph Recto for administering his oath and providing support, as well as Iloilo City Representative Julienne Baronda for her unwavering faith in his journey.
