Jersey Mike's IPO could raise over $1B
Jersey Mike's has launched a road show for its initial public offering, aiming to raise between $913 million and nearly $1.1 billion by offering 43,478,261 shares of Class A common stock priced at $21 to $25 per share. The sandwich chain, valued at approximately $1 billion, plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker JMKE. If successful, this would be the largest restaurant industry IPO in 20 years, surpassing Krispy Kreme's $500 million IPO in 2021. Jersey Mike's has posted same-store sales growth for 20 consecutive years and achieved a compound annual growth rate of 18% from 2021 to 2025, reflecting strong investor appetite for restaurant stocks.
