Calgary-based homebuilder Jayman Built has been named the Single Family Builder of the Year-Large Volume at the Building Industry and Land Development Calgary Region (BILDCR) annual gala. This marks the third consecutive year the company has secured this prestigious Grand Award, representing its 28th Builder of the Year title in Alberta. CEO Jay Westman attributed the success to the team's dedication to marketing, design, innovation, and customer service. Senior Vice-President Stephanie Myers emphasized that the achievement reflects the company's core value that 'being second isn’t good enough,' highlighting their focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and superior customer experiences. Beyond the main award, Jayman Built dominated the event by winning eight additional categories, including Best Brochure and Best Multi-Family Community Concept for its Park Place of Lake Mahogany project. The company also received Best New Home honors across three different price categories for models like the Rockford 24-2 and Elliott 24. These awards underscore Jayman's commitment to diverse, personalized home designs that cater to various demographic groups, from first-time buyers to downsizers, while maintaining high standards in merchandising and community planning.
